Okay, closing out this
week with yet another phishing attempt from—I’m guessing—somewhere offshore.
Possibly South Asia; maybe Eastern Europe. Or Africa, even.
At any rate—somewhere where
English is not the first language, and that doesn’t have a complete grasp of
idiomatic expression. Also, from someone who’s never actually seen an email (or
possibly a website) from American Express. (However, it's interesting that I never get this kind of thing for Visa or MasterCard. At least this crowd aims high.)
