Apparently you can make a living selling boutique
cookies, ice cream and milk via a food truck. Well, why not—this is America.
What struck me about this was the juxtaposition of the
cookie-and-ice-cream truck parked illegally in a snow bank on the Hill They
Call Capitol at 0730. So many stories could come from that construct.
